About us

Nesto is a rapidly growing network of veterinary practices, centers, and clinics with a strong focus on professional service and high-quality care. From more than 60 modern, well-equipped practices located throughout Belgium (more than 35), Germany (more than 30), and Luxembourg (2), our veterinarians and veterinary nurses are ready to care for small, large, and exotic pets every day.

What does our recruitment process look like?

After reviewing your CV, we'll grab a virtual coffee together. Our HR contact will reach out for a first conversation: by phone, Teams call, or in person.

Meeting the hiring manager can feel a bit like a first date. Applying for a role at a practice, center, or clinic? You'll meet the practice leader on site, and sometimes the practice coordinator too. Applying for a role at the Nesto Service Center? Your future manager will welcome you at our office in Leuven.

We get it: you want to know what the vibe is like before you commit. That's why you can spend a day at the practice, center, or clinic you're applying to. It's the best way to find out if the team is a good fit.

Good talk, and you feel at home in the practice? Then we'll put together a salary proposal that fits your role, knowledge, and experience.

Offer accepted? You're (almost) ready to start. At Nesto, we support you through onboarding. In practice: you'll already have access to all our platforms before your first day.
